The local Oktober Fest is a big deal.  Even the Italian and family restaurants join in with costumes and events.  But the Oktober Fest leaders don’t want other businesses to infringe on their market.  As the battle for business ensues, one of the Festival Leaders dies.  Who is the guilty party?  Join Mayhem & Mystery for an oom-pa good time!

The Not  Quite Right Celebrity Impersonators are hosting their Christmas Party.  The party is booming with Elvis, Marilyn, and other famous look-alikes as impersonators, clients, and guests mingle.  Songs, food, and fun abound.  When an impersonators dies, the detective impersonator must act like the real thing to solve the crime.  Join Mayhem & Mystery for a Holiday gathering you won’t forget.  Additional performances on Wednesdays in Dayton and Thursdays in Columbus.

Our 50th Script!

The Charade Theatre Company is rehearsing their next big production.  The Company hopes that a sell-out crowd will save them from a financial crisis.  When threatening letters arrive warning the cast of impending doom if they go on with the show, some actors want to leave.  The Director tries to dissuade them.  But when the Director is found dead, it’s every man for himself.

It is Fashion Week, and the feud is on to have the best runway show.  As the Designers duke it out to get the top models, the models conspire to add their own touches to the garments.  Who will win Designer of the Year?  The competition is deadly.  When one Designer dies, all clues point to her biggest competitor.  Did she do it?  Or has the wool been pulled over everyone’s eyes?

The Blakes are having a gathering to show off their latest artwork acquisition.  As the party progresses, the guests admire the Artwork.  Mrs. Blake, a talented artist herself, has invited some of her art students to demonstrate their artistic abilities.  When the appraiser arrives and announces that the painting is a forgery, Mrs. Blake collapses.  Did someone at the party switch the painting when no one was looking?

Howdy!  Welcome to the Majestic Mayhem County Fair.  Whether the favorite is Arts & Crafts or the entertainment, the Fair has something for everyone.  Mr. Ovine has been the reigning hog calling champion for fifty years.  He doesn’t plan to give up the title any time soon.  But newcomer Sue Sage thinks her call is the best.  When Sue winds up dead, all fingers point to Mr. Ovine.  Did Mr. Ovine do it to keep the title, or did Sue get sloppy?  Was Mr. Ovine working over Sue’s chops?  Or did Sue hock her talent?  Join us for summer fun!

Everyone who is anyone attends the Toggery’s annual costume party, which includes a costume contest, games, and more.  When one of the guests is murdered, the creepy characters begin revealing secrets about one another.  Who added the real to the macabre?  Join Mayhem & Mystery to find out.  Wear a costume—if you dare.

Join Mayhem & Mystery for their annual Holiday production as they present a mystery with a 1940’s Radio Show flair.  Katie Myth and Frank Sianara host a Holiday Spectacular with music, mayhem, and more.  The performers learn that their show is about to be canceled.  When a producer dies, is one of the performers to blame?  Celebrate the season with mirth and mystery.

 

 

 

In January 2011, we celebrated our 50th produced script.

 

 

In September of 2009, we celebrated 10 years of making you laugh by producing 6 shows with 10 of our favorite characters from the last year.  It was our "10 in 10" Season.

 

 

In January 2007, we celebrated our 500th public performance as Ohio's favorite murder mystery dinner theatre.  Click the picture to read all about it in the Dayton Daily News.

 

In December 2006, we celebrated our 25,000th customer.  We gave away a free season (6 tickets total) to one lucky winner in Dayton and in Columbus.  Thanks to all our faithful fans throughout Ohio.
